My passion is to see individuals understand God’s Kingdom and pursue their great. I am enamored with potential. I believe that we are created with awesome gifts and abilities that must be used to make impact for good. However, life and its challenges can make unlocking our potential and pursuing our great seem like a proverbial needle in a haystack.

 In short, we become distracted. I want to help you turn down the noise of these distractions, amplify your potential, and pursue your great!

I have worked with many individuals, non-profits, as well as emerging entrepreneurs who desire to become successful. I was also a Full-time Professor and Associate Campus Dean at Strayer University where I taught both at the Undergraduate and Graduate level in the areas of Business, Religion, and Humanities. I hold degrees from Herbert H. Lehman College (B.S. in Computing & Management), Anderson University School of Theology (M.Div. in Pastoral Leadership), and Regent University School of Business & Leadership (Doctorate in Strategic Leadership). I am also an ordained minister.
